Nov 4, 2009 - Actually an Investment is fairly proven to grow at the rate you suspect for Mathematically proven reason. Speculation is what he mentioned in this video. In the 1900's there was a huge difference. That difference isn't seen here much anymore. An example of a real investment is buying half a company that has a monopoly on the market, or has few to no competitors. Another investment is buying a company that has stock undervalued than their actual paper value in assets. No risk at all in any.
